Due to the handmade nature and hygiene reasons of our pet accessories, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or items that have been worn, washed, or used.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Custom, personalized, sale, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
